Every product we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and they are not for human or animal consumption. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and that the materials will be handled accordingly.

No. Because our products are sold for research use only, we cannot provide dosing guidance, protocols, or any direction that implies use in or on humans or animals. Questions about a product's specifications, purity, or batch testing are welcome — reach our team on the contact page.

Orders are intended for researchers, laboratories, and institutions. You must confirm you are of legal age and acknowledge the research-use-only terms before checking out.

We ship Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing before your package leaves our facility. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping is free on orders of $300 or more. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship within the United States. If you have a question about a specific destination, get in touch through the contact page before ordering.

We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields — they never touch our servers.

Yes — choose Zelle at checkout for an extra 5% off. Your order is placed on hold and ships once we confirm your transfer to support@chemlabsx.com (Zelle name: Chemlabsx). Use your order number as the payment memo.

Yes. Card data is captured inside our payment provider's hosted, encrypted fields. We never see, store, or transmit your full card number.

Yes. Every batch is independently tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry. You can browse the certificate of analysis for each product on our COA page.

All available certificates are listed on the Certificates of Analysis page. If you need a COA for a particular batch that isn't listed, contact us and we'll provide it.

We continuously run HPLC testing on our raw powders and finished products. You may have any product you purchase from us tested at an HPLC-licensed facility. If the result comes back negative, we will refund the $100 HPLC test fee, the total order amount, and your shipping costs.

Because of the nature of research materials, products are non-returnable once shipped. Our purity guarantee covers product quality. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
